Gold color. Aromas and flavors of apple cider doughnut, manuka honey roasted nuts, orange marmalade, and sticky toffee bread pudding with a round, lively, dry full body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long finish conveying notes of spiced apple cider, dark honey, roasted nuts and light umami, leather, sweet tea, and and vanilla. Delicious and one would be hard pressed to call this an Irish Single Malt rather than a Scottish Speyside; exceptional execution and a tasty dram indeed.
