Gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, caramel, yellow apple and cinnamon, caramel malt and almond cake, and honey poached pear with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish with suggestions of biscuit dough, cinnamon, mealy apple, and almond paste. Do not let the soft nose fool you, inside is a complex and candied glass of Whiskey waiting to be enjoyed.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
