Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla coconut cream, cinnamon and brown sugar roasted nuts, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, and brandy poached pear with a glycerous, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, layered, very long finish revealing impressions of apple jacks, vanilla nougat, coconut cream, and cinnamon roasted cashews. A bit overwhelming as a first sip, but everything is there and in balance with excellent concentration; a tremendous classic Irish Whiskey turned up to 11.
