Aromas and flavors of multigrain toast, salted caramel, cinnamon roll and toasted cedar, and pickled mango with a round, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, distinctive, long finish revealing nuances of caramel on green mango, cinnamon apple honey graham cracker, roasted pecan and hazelnut, and toasted herbs de provence. Delicate and nuanced with layers of flavor that continue to unfurl; a light nuttiness and herbal note to the finish that is reminiscent of world-class aged Savienierres.
