Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of fruity granola in sweet cream, coconut and banana custard pie, lovely box of chocolates, and toasty cedar and nuts with a hint of dill with a silky, vibrant, fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, intricate, long finish conveying accents of caramelized tropical fruits, sarsaparilla, creme anglaise on pound cake, and hay clover. Bespoke and understated elegance here while deftly holding the 46% ABV and could be much bolder but instead maintains restraint and finesse; sip this and enjoy gracefully while others shout and destroy their palates with something cask strength.
