Aromas and flavors of green apple, dark honey and chocolate malt, honey roasted mixed nuts, and pepper with a round, full body and a long finish with notes of baked apple, pear, and peach, honey roasted nuts on singed butcher’s paper, honey drizzled lemon cake, and almond toast. A rock solid Irish Single Malt with honey, orchard fruit, and mixed nuts; this is exactly what to expect for very good Irish Malt.
