Aromas and flavors of Dr. Pepper and candied orange zest, kola nut, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, leather and cigar box, and caramel red apple with a velvety, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, stimulating, medium-length finish revealing overtones of kola nut, cinnamon roll, milk chocolate, and vanilla and sweet tea. Beautiful aromas of sweet grain bordering on pastries; a fun sipper and possible dessert dram pairing.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
