Amber color. Aromas of fresh buttery croissant, sweet desiccated hay, petrichor, and vanilla toffee with a full body and a long honey malt, teddy grahams, clover honey in green tea with jasmine blossoms, and orange zest and vanilla finish. Honey, grass, barley, and a touch of minerality; so tasty and has one cogitating over the idea of reincarnation and the simple pleasures of a cow chewing sweet grass and barley.

Single malt Irish whiskeys, like their Scottish cousins, are whiskies that are only made with malted barley. They are usually triple distilled through both column and pot stills, although there are a few exclusively pot-distilled brands.
