Clear color. Musty, buttery, cheesy, creamy, funky aromas of buttered sweet corn, dried white cheese, corn starch, and salted magnolia blossoms with a round, off-dry medium body and a peppery, complex, medium-length vanilla simple syrup, green pepper, black pepper, and flowers finish. A nice, easy mixing Blanco with a touch of vanilla smoothness.
