Clear color. Aromas and flavors of cooked aloe, lime and pepper, coconut vanilla cream, and lemongrass with a supple, crisp, dry medium body and an amusing, breezy finish revealing nuances of lime and pepper, crushed rock, coconut cream pie with citrus zest, and poblano. Herbaceous and smooth with subtle hints of smoked citrus and poblano; could sip all day long.
