Clear color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla, lemon and lime, scorched corn husk, and peanut husk with a satiny, bright, dry medium body and an interesting, breezy finish with notes of roasted aloe, poblano, marzipan, and tomato. Warm, herbaceous, savory, and a bit roasty.
