Clear color. Aromas and flavors of chlorophyl and wet green leaves, roasted sweet giardiniera peppers and vegetables, lime and pepper, and wet stone with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, nuanced, medium-length finish that exhibits notes of pickled ginger, sweet peppers, and sweet pollen and honey. Smells and tastes like legit old school, ripe, lowland agave; just WOW.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
