Aromas and flavors of steamed poblano pepper, petrichor, almond, and olive oil, herbs de provence, and vanilla and tropical fruit with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, buoyant finish that shows overtones of roast pepper, plantain, salty cheese, and vanilla and lemongrass. An excellent blanco to have around the house or back bar for shots and cocktail applications.
