Clear color. Aromas and flavors of steamed poblano pepper, petrichor, almond, and olive oil, herbs de provence, and vanilla and tropical fruit with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, buoyant finish that shows overtones of roast pepper, plantain, salty cheese, and vanilla and lemongrass. An excellent blanco to have around the house or back bar for shots and cocktail applications.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
