Clear color. Aromas and flavors of blistered sweet peppers, white flowers, key lime and cedar, and candied orange and pineapple blossom with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a sleek, distinctive, medium-length finish that shows notes of candied pineapple, ripe orchard fruit, sweet peppers and white flowers, and black pepper and spiced orange slices. A benchmark, do everything blanco; savory, peppery, citrus, and some sweet creamy ripe fruit.
