Clear color. Cheesy, vegetal, toasty, savory aromas of spicy cheese, blistered peppers, sweet and sour sauce, soy, Asian wok dishes, agave, and pork belly with a round, soft, dryish light-to-medium body and a medium-long earthy umami, dried orange segments, roasted agave, and floral nectar finish. A very tasty workhorse Tequila that is easy to drink on its own and could also be an integral player behind the scenes in a cocktail.
