Clear color. Aromas and flavors of cracked black pepper, grapefruit pith, salt water, and cooked green vegetables with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, engaging, medium-length finish that exhibits shades of sea salt on lime zest, black pepper and mace, lemon pepper and kola nut, and heavy salt and pepper on elote. A black pepper forward Blanco Tequila with a nice mineral backbone and notes of green vegetables and citrus.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
