Cloudy gold color. Aromas and flavors of ginger, potpourri, roast nuts with cumin, and oxidized citrus and capsaicin with a satiny, lively, dryish medium body and a medium-length finish evoking nuances of ginger, pepper, old lime juice, and capsaicin and mustard seed powder. A nice pace lap from your boozing sessions; light and refreshing and doesn’t feel the need to overly mimic your standard cocktail.
