Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of lemon and honey in green tea, spiced pear, and clover honey with a velvety, lively, dry full body and an interesting, medium-length finish manifesting suggestions of honeyed grains, clover honey on baked pears, roasted nuts and a touch of leather and tobacco, and green tea and red apple. Warm honeyed grains with light orchard fruit and delicate barrel-spiced vanilla tones; all in a lovely balance in this absolutely classic Speysider.

Speyside refers whisky made by the 50+ distilleries near the river Spey in the Scottish highlands. These distilleries are noted for their use of refilled, ex-Sherry casks in the maturation of their whiskies. The Sherry casks imparts telltale fruit and nut tones to the final whisky.
