Clear color. Floral, herbal aromas and flavors of white tea, turmeric, cumin and saffron, and minerals with a chunky, soft, dry medium body and a hot, delightful, relaxed finish revealing notes of lemon, granite, toasted corn tortilla, and mint. A solid mixing blanco, not too aggressive, clean and balanced.
