Aromas of agave, bbq rub and hard white cheese, vinegar and brining spices, and dried dill and sage with a round, off-dry medium body and a peppery, refreshing, medium-length agave, cinnamon, raspberry and white and black pepper, and walnut and peppermint finish. This displays a delicate balance of agave, spices and a touch of red fruits that would stand out in a sipping application or stirred cocktails.
