Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of caramel, roasted figs, dried black cherries, and maple syrup with a velvety, crisp, dryish medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish evoking notes of dark chocolate croissant, figs and cherries, pipe tobacco and expresso bean, and nougat. A rich and decadent sipper to pair with a cigar or enjoy with a dark chocolate and fruit accented dessert.

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
