Rich bronze color. Aromas and flavors of maple cream nougat, bananas foster with a scorched caramel sauce, dried red fruits like figs and prunes, and coconut cream with a glycerous, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long finish revealing touches of chocolate covered toasted marshmallow, sweet mocha syrup, maduro tobacco, and dried herbs. A rich, dark Rum with bold notes of caramelized pastries.

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
