Aromas and flavors of caramelized plantain, banana bread and pickled peppers, cocoa and hazelnut, and creme brulee and turmeric with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, distinctive, medium-length finish revealing accents of bananas foster, cedar and leather, baking spices and rooibos tea, and tropical fruits with toffee and marzipan. Wow, this is positively delightful; full of gorgeous cane flavors and the right balance of barrel essence and light natural yeast funk.
