Aromas and flavors of kumquat, cedar and mint, poached spiced pear, and five spice with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, captivating, medium-length finish conveying notes of clover honey, spiced peach, fresh cedar and baker’s chocolate, and five spice. Lighter bodied but with well balanced flavors accented with barrel characteristics; the near perfect balance between white and aged Rums.

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
