Clear color. Citrusy, grassy, green, chemical aromas and flavors of dried pineapple and anise, under ripe pear and vinyl, lime curd and cream cheese, and wool and black pepper with a velvety, dryish light-to-medium body and a snappy finish evoking accents of beeswax, red apple, baby’s breath, lime, magnolia, nutmeg, and dried pineapple. Use this for mixing cocktails as the spice and alcohol will make a good backbone to recipes.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
