Aromas and flavors of pine oil, cucumber, and vanilla with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish with accents of bell pepper, black pepper, and vanilla lime cream. An earthy and enticing nose and palate makes this a serviceable blanco for any back bar.
