Clear color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla caramel cream, caramel flan, masa, and prickly pear cactus with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-length finish revealing nuances of vanilla and caramel, black pepper, green mango, and bitter almond. Pleasant and super approachable with rich caramel, vanilla, and flan flavors that make for a nice rich sipper or for mixing.
