Clear color. Aromas and flavors of dried vanilla marshmallow, pickled peach, roasted sweet corn, and papaya with a round, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with notes of vanilla cream, banana taffy, apple sauce, and cream corn. A nice sipper or mixing Blanco with some vanilla behind it to also make it approachable as a shooter.
