Clear color. Cheesy, candied, tropical, vinegary aromas and flavors of banana, berries, apple, anise, jasmine, and chocolate chips with a full body and a long finish manifesting nuances of umami, coconut, white and black pepper, eucalyptus, and aloe. A Cristalino that retains the flavor of the agave as well as the wood it was aged in; a refreshing example of the style.
