Light gold color. Baked, fresh aromas and flavors of apple butter and poached pear, orchard fruits, barrel spices, and candied citrus, bruised elderflower, and french onion soup with a round, crisp, bone-dry medium body and a tingling, elegant, medium-long finish with accents of cooked and spiced apples, lemon drop candies, sourdough, and mandarin orange. A delightful Single Malt that shows the elegance of barley as the supreme grain for Whiskey production.
