Floral, woody, attractive, candied aromas of demerara sugar bruleed peach, walnut skins, berries, and citron, honey Teddy grahams, and clove and baking spices with a velvety, soft, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a warming, intriguing, medium-length warm apple pie with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, coco nibs, coffee and cream, honey , umami, orange peel, anise, hard cheese, and salinity finish. A super clean and lightly aged Rum with ample natural sweetness and just enough barrel character to make it a sipper and cigar pairing option,
