Brown color. Boozy, buttery, dusty, oaky, piney aromas and flavors of hot caramel fudge, old rich leather bound books of parchment paper, cocoa nibs, and dried dates with a silky, fruity light-to-medium body and a warming, breezy finish conveying impressions of waffles covered in maple syrup, walnut and peanut shells, purple flowers, butter, baking spices, dates, pineapple, chocolate cake, and grilled and dried pineapple rings dipped in 90% cocoa. For the aristocrat or regular Jill that loves the flavors of rich leather, and dark wood furniture; stays in balance while being loaded with oak, tannins, and rancio.
