Clear color. Boozy, citrusy, herbal, green aromas and flavors of over ripe mango, oxidized lime juice, over ripe banana and fresh lemongrass amongst a Singaporean wet market, fermenting pineapple, mango, and papaya, and candied bamboo shoots with an oily, crisp, fruity medium-full body and a hot, interesting, crisp finish revealing accents of fermenting cane juice, salted cashew butter, lychee, and over ripe tropical fruits. So complex, so tasty, and there is no way this doesn’t make a spectacular Daiquiri that knocks you off your feet.

Unaged Fresh Cane Juice Rum

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO, products such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
