Aromas and flavors of black garlic and banana gelato, dark cocoa powder, leather, and Chinese five spice with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish imparting accents of banana and fig, caramel and cocoa, five spice, orange, clove, and and cinnamon bark. Complex and tasty with lots of diverse flavors, good spice, and a protracted and crisp finish.
