Clear color. Citrusy, peppery aromas and flavors of green hatch chile, green apple on a terra-cotta plate, vanilla pastry dough, and lime zest with a syrupy, bright, fruity sweet medium body and a tingling, compelling, medium-length finish with elements of lime curd, grilled poblano pepper, prickly pear cactus, and bamboo shoots. Light, clean, and herbaceous for either cocktails or shots with a round plush mouthfeel that lends itself to being a good sipping Blanco as well.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
