Clear color. Aromas and flavors of roast agave, bell pepper and black pepper, cardamon and cinnamon dusted peach, and vanilla with a velvety, tangy, dry medium body and an amusing, medium-length finish with suggestions of caramelized green plantain, sea salt and black pepper, stone fruit, and vanilla nougat. A nice, savory spice balanced with fruit and a touch of vanilla cream makes for a solid sipper and/or mixer.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
