Clear color. Aromas and flavors of lemon zest and dried apricot, blue cheese, pepper and suede, and dry hay and praline with a silky, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish with notes of boot leather, dried stone fruit, citrus and pepper, and grilled cucumber. Earthy and complex, this is an excellent savory sipper and will play well in a variety of cocktails.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
