Amber color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate peanut butter bar, buttered rye pretzel bread, caramelized bacon, and dill cornbread muffin with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium-full body and a warming, complex, very long finish that shows overtones of creme brulee, mango mint chutney, sweet and peppery spices, and lava rocks. A artfully matured cask-finished Rye with seamlessly integrated flavors, oak, and alcohol with a long warming finish; use in a Boulevardier.

A Cask-Finished Straight Rye Whiskey will undergo additional maturation in one or more barrels, the previous contents of which contribute to the aromas and flavors of the final product. Examples include but are not limited to used Rum, Cognac, Port, Sherry, Madeira, Stout, and maple barrels.

In order for a product to be categorized as a Straight Rye Whiskey, the following must be true:

Mash bill must be made up of a minimum of 51% rye.
Aged a minimum of two years.
May not contain any flavors or colors.
All of the liquid in the bottle must be distilled in the same state.
