Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate coconut macaroon, fruit custard tart, german chocolate cake and herbal winter cookies, and leather and cigar wrapper with a supple, bright, fruity medium-to-full body and a peppery, interesting, long finish conveying accents of spiced nuts, praline, chocolate mint cookie, and pepper. A nicely integrated, cask-strength, cask-finished Bourbon that nimbly combines power and pleasure.

A Cask-Finished Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey will undergo additional maturation in one or more barrels, the previous contents of which contribute to the aromas and flavors of the final product. Examples include but are not limited to used Rum, Cognac, Port, Sherry, Madeira, Stout, and maple barrels.

Blended Boubon Whiskey is a blend of whiskies of which 51% must be a Straight Bourbon Whiskey. These quality of these blends runs the gamut from those made by economical blending less-than-stellar spirits, to creative craft spirits made by artfully mingling great whiskies.
