Gold color. Aromas and flavors of shoe polish, spearmint, irish soda bread with wild flower honey, meyer lemon, and herbs de provence with a silky, dry medium-to-full body and a captivating, medium-to-long finish that shows nuances of earl grey tea with mint, cracked black pepper, xanthan gum, blonde tobacco, and orange blossom honey. A pleasant sipper that will be excellent in autumnal cocktails, but leaves the drinker wanting more from this Whiskey.
