Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of maple syrup and butterscotch, waffle cone, vanilla, and mint chocolate, clove studded toasted orange peel, and citronella with a glycerous, tangy, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, elegant, long finish with notes of honey and butter on a warm croissant, cracker jacks, pralines, brown sugar, cinnamon, and and black pepper belgian waffle. Young and a bit hot yet very tasty and complex; great to sip now and curious to see how this distillate will develop with more time in barrel.
