Clear color. Aromas and flavors of arugala, cracked black pepper and poblano, orange blossom honey, and lemon zest and lemon pepper with a round, crisp, dryish medium body and a captivating, medium-length finish with notes of swiss cheese and herbs, vanilla and red hots candy, graphite, and oily vegetable starch. Nice texture and cool flavors of Chihuahua cheese stuffed poblano peppers.
