Clear color. Aromas and flavors of herb roasted pineapple, grilled peppers and scallion, aloe, and palo santo incense with a glycerous, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, medium-length finish with touches of powdered sugar on mangoes and dates, coconut and vanilla cream, and plantain. A silky soft Blanco for sipping shots, and Palomas.
