Light gold color. Aromas of candied pickled ginger, maple cookies and orange peel, vanilla passionfruit pipe tobacco, and slight natural yeast strain funk with a fat body and a very long kola nut with cinnamon and nutmeg, bitter chocolate and citrus peel, passionfruit and jackfruit, and clove and candied lemongrass finish. Barrel-aged Rum deliciousness with fresh cane flavor still lingering; this might be the pinnacle of terroir in Rum.
