Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of green herbs and cedar resin, chocolate covered caramel, and cinnamon and clove with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a warming, captivating, medium-length finish that exhibits shades of sage caramels, vanilla almond paste, toasted coconut and circus peanuts, and caramel mocha frappachino. Sweet caramel and vanilla with a pop of green savory flavors and aromas, would be well at home as a sipper or in a Whiskey Sour.
