Straw color. Aromas and flavors of conservas de cambados scallops, honey and cinnamon, dried herbs, and spanish peanut skins with a soft, bright, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, engaging, relaxed finish with impressions of sugar cookie, almond paste, and toffee and caramel. Well made with some fascinating flavors that are uncommon for Tequila.
