Clear color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla cream and anise, blanched almonds, orange, clove, and coriander, cardamon, ginger, and and black pepper with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, subtle, medium-length finish that exhibits notes of coriander and black pepper, orange and ginger, vanilla nougat, and baking spices. A really well-executed example of Joven lead by prominent agave aromas and flavors that are delicately interlaced with beautiful barrel spice notes; a lovely example of subtlety without losing the plot.
