Aromas and flavors of caramel and cinnamon, waffle batter and maple, sharpie, and banana peel and baking spices with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-length finish that presents notes of cascara tea, caramel, mocha, and banana and bitter chocolate. A bold and intense sipper to hold up to cigar pairings or still express itself through fruit juices in cocktail applications.
