Aromas and flavors of banana bread lemon grass, brown sugar and dried apricots, old honey, and incense with a satiny, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and a warming, medium-long finish with elements of coconut, lemon oil, caramel, and banana leaves. Light bodied with considerable intensity to hold up in cocktail applications.
