Clear color. Aromas of agave, cooked poblano, olives, and soil and grass clippings with a round, off-dry medium body and a tingling, medium-long agave, white pepper and chalky, almond and cream, and spearmint and bread finish. A rock solid blanco with fruity agave and almond notes that finish with hints of vanilla and white pepper; try in a margarita or as a shot.
